Installed the PM SIM, unlocked my phone but still have no mobile network service?

Tried resetting the Network Setting but still no service. Any suggestions?

@jrprvs2000  one of those steps in my last post should get your data to work.

It's an LG phone. These can be difficult to get data to work.

1- try a network reset. Reboot phone then try data.  If not working go to step 2

2- put on airplane mode for a few minutes then turn off airplane mode and try data..if not working step 3.

3- manually enter new APN settings.

 save and reboot phone. If data is not working then try these APN settings 

  

Save and reboot phone. If data is still not working. Go to step 4.

4- Some LG phones require a factory reset of the phone.....back up all your stuff, photos, contacts, bookmarks, etc...then do a complete factory reset WITH the public mobile sim card in the phone.

@jrprvs2000  many use the v20 on here according to searching older threads. Do you have another phone to try your sim card in?

I know you said "You're sure the sim is installed correctly".. no harm in double checking.

@jrprvs2000  can you double check if the sim card is installed correctly?

The LG v20 sim card slot is the same slot for an SD card. The Public mobile sim card has to be on the very bottom then if you want to add an SD card that goes on the top.
