Just bought data add on for US roaming

Hello! I bought recently the 30$ US roaming plan for my public mobile account, but when it “activated”, nothing happened. It currently says i have negative minutes and negative texts available. I still cannot receive texts or access the data i bought.

i have already tried restarting my device as well as each individual connection. Is there a way to solve this issue?

@MushroomLB  Are you in the USA right now?  How long ago did you purchase the add on?

Hello @MushroomLB 

Go into your network settings and choose T-Mobile then reboot your phone. It should work just fine after that.

If you don't know how to do that, just let me know if you have an Android or iPhone.

Have you made sure that roaming on your phone is enabled? Also note that whenever it says negative minutes or messages that means it’s unlimited it’s a glitch. if you’d make sure that roaming is enabled on your phone and everything is working correctly then use the link below to submit a ticket to a Public Mobile CS agent.
