My renewal date isn't until Sept 9th, but just now I noticed something really weird.
I'm changing to a 3G plan from a 4G plan, and it's not going to go well.
My selfserve says that I only owe $46 on Sept 9th, when I actually owe $106.
These two screenshots show what I mean:
This is what I see when I click on "My Rewards" on the selfserve page:
This is what I see when I click on the "Change Plan" page:
I already sent a private message to the @CS_Agent about this, but as a new customer (this will be my first renewal) I'm not happy that the system is already messing up and confusing me.
Posting this as a PSA to anyone who has a plan change coming up soon. Check your account. Be proactive and send the mods a private message about it BEFORE it becomes a problem for you.
Who knows, they may offer another "Freedom to PM" deal (that's way better than we can get) the day your renewal happens and you'll have to wait 3 days to get your service restored because of the backlog...

UPDATE: I got a response from the mods saying they escalated the issue and requested that I follow up NEXT WEDNESDAY.
So if I hadn't noticed this now and my renewal messed up, I could have potentially had no service for SIX DAYS.
When I switched to PM back in June it was with a few reservations. I had been following these forums for over a year, trying to see what the state of PM was, how many bugs there were, what I could expect, etc.
I finally felt like PM had hit their stride so I switched for the savings (which are disappearing day by day), my port-in (from Koodo Prepaid) went fine and took just a couple of hours, so I thought it was smooth sailing.
This is my first renewal and I'm already stuck with this weird issue.
Rest assured, if I get that offer to switch back to Koodo that other PM users have been getting I'll jump on it straight away.
For the year I was tracking PM it seemed like things were getting better and better (both from a support perspective, and from a plan perspective), but in the 3 months since I joined, it's been all down hill in every regard.

PM does seem to have a bigger share of bugs compare to other companies.

Well, you did the right step by getting the mod team involved. All I can say is that your screenshots are crazy and hopefully they'll figure out that mess.
