Hello,
I transferred my number 10 days ago but have not been able to send or receive SMS since. I read quite a few posts saying my number is in limbo.
I tried putting in my old SIM but it no longer works either.
What can I do now? Thank you!

It's just SMS. Calls are fine.

was it just sms issue? can you get inbound calls?
if SMS, probably a problem with activation. Please ask PM agent to refresh your account.
