Hello
Since I transferred my number from Rogers to Public mobile I have not been able to make it receive calls. It's day 3 now and it is so frustrating.
I have switched my phone on and off severally still no solution.

check the little envelop icon on top right side of page...I sent you a link for help in re-doing your port to Public Mobile. If you tried and failed with a network reset...give the port assistance number a call.

@Mayowa1 try resetting your network settings (this will also erase any saved passwords) and then reboot and try. If the problem persists, open a ticket using the orange chat bubble on the bottom right and see if the CS_Agent can reset the network form the back end. Hope this helps

Likely that your port from Rogers was not done properly. Do you still have your Roger's SIM card? Check if you have service with Roger's. Are you able to receive texts also?

@Mayowa1 does data work, or how about texting? Did you reply to the carriers text with "yes" at the time of porting within 90 mins. Any chance you still have the rogers physical sim in the phone, OR have not set a PM ESim to primary?

did you leave the old sim in the cell so you can receive the text confirming your request to port to Public Mobile ? Did you reply YES within the 90 minutes ? If so, now you wait until old sim quits working, then install Public Mobile sim. Did you perform the steps as required ?
