I just topped up my account with 40$ for my plan, it says the money is there but when I try to activate my plan it says I have to top up again but it shows I have 56$ on my account. My account is suspended, but I’m not sure why this is happening

Yeah it does, an I try to re activate and nothing. Keeps telling me to top up my plan is only $35

Is there a button on main screen that says recati are plan? Dies that do anything? Not sure if calling 611and trying any of the prompts will do anything.

Expect 1-2 day wait for moderator response though.
Which plan do you have right now? If it is the same plan, it should renew once you have enough funds. Weird....

Because your plan expired, the only thing you can do using selfserve is to reactivate the same plan you had before. If you want to change plans, you need Moderator assistance.

I topped up, tried to reactivate my account. Says I need to top up but I did with 43$ so then I tried changing my plan and it keeps saying I need to top up but I have a balance of 56$. Who do I talk too? How do I contact them? This is so confusing lol

Can you screen shot your payment history?
Did you change to different plan? If you did change plan on expired plan, you will need moderator help.
