Hello,
I have had an ongoing issues off and on with the ability to send picture and video messages. I have done every trouble shooting step there is I am still having issues.
I will list everything that I can remember that I have done.
factory reset and restore as new to out law a backup corruption.
i have restored to a different backup
I have changed to a new SIM card
I have done numerous power cycled and hard restarts
i bave verified the APN settings many times.
i have turned off RCS on or off no difference.
inhabe turned off iMessage and just used SMS no dofference, I have confirmed the correct numbers to send receive to n iMessage are active.
i have turned off and deleted my VPN and profiles. I have deleted my vpn app as well to ensure. No difference.
i have spoken to apple care as well and have done numerous steps with them as well.
My phone is also new as I did an express apple swap under warranty, so I received a replacement before sending the old one back. So it’s. new device.
it seems I am still having these issues.
in the past I noticed that when I went to another province, in this case, Calgary, while I had the issue in my home province, upon being in Calgary I had no issues at all.
is this an issues with the network in Saskatchewan?
I am at a loss here because I have, and I can assure you I have tried everything with apple as well as numerous PM reps. Right down to the most drastic of swapping my device under warranty. There may be some steps that I have forgotten to list. I will say so if you suggest it and remember doing it already.
any help is appreciated, I’m at a loss, I love PM but if this issue can’t be resolved I am going to have to switch as I need to be able to send MMS.

So CS_Agent did a network refresh. It seems to have helped so far!!
but this has been done in the past and was an issue again, I even had there higher up support call me.
but for now it seems to be resolved and I am happy. Lol

I will try this, i have not tried my sim in a different device this round, i have in the past it has made no difference. I have replaced the sim tho, in the past also no difference. I will submit a ticket tho see if they can refresh it, I have spoken to support many many long times on this issue lol. It’s just so aggravating because it just randomly stops working but it can come back briefly but then stop again.

hi @Jordan273636 did you try your sim on another iPhone and Android?
and ask PM support to refresh the account on the system, they can probably resolve the problem
