Issues transfer number from Koodo to Public

I have problems with transferring my daughter's Koodo prepaid account to Public.  I don't know the account number in Public but know in Koodo.  I need agent support

@Morfey82  The agent will reply again . Takes lil back and forth coms before verifying your account then they will help

She asked me about my credit card and email and disappeared

@Morfey82  Yes for Koodo pre paid to transfer to PM you need to first create account with PM choosing a temp public mobile phone number then use this direct link to support to help you transfer the number over from Koodo
