Issue with the promo rate plan

Hi @Shazia_K

 

 I activated my account on the 19th November, 2016 for a $40 promo package (province wide calling, international texting, 4GB data per month) after getting a sim card outside the Telus building. I recently noticed that my account is not displaying the package I signed up for. Rather it is only displaying 2 GB data per month.

 

I waited in a long queue on a cold rainy day to obtain a sim card so that I can benefit from the promo package. I have sent you a private message with all the relevant details. I kindly request you to look into this and transfer me to the promo plan.

I think that you were probably activated on the wrong plan.  This has to be fixed by someone at Public Mobile who has access to your acount. Go ahead and contact one of them to correct it.

Yes, what is wrong with the Promo? Is your Data not working, or not getting full 12 GB Data allocation?

Is Prov-Wide Talk not functioning?
