hello there,
My partner has gifted me an iPhone 16, which I'm thankful for. I've went ahead and signed up for Public Mobile yesterday, under the Mexico included plan.
For some reason, data service is still not working; Mobile data doesn’t work, even though the plan includes it.
I've checked the aps setting; I understand it is supposed to be "sp.mb.com" ?

Are you in Mexico right now? USA or Canada?
Might want to try to reboot your phone. Network reset of phone (note: this will erase any saved Wifi passwords).
With iPhones, normally don't need to adjust APN settings since automatic.
