For the past couple of days we have been trying to reset the password for our self-serve account. The question that comes up is "test question", we are not sure what the answer is. I created a ticket, and a moderator did reach out but I was not notifyed via email that I got a message so I did not see it. Can a moderator reach out again and reset the password for me. This is the ticket #123913-623.

Yeah nothing was there, a mod did reach out but I didn't get an email notification for the PM. I have contacted them again, waiting for them to reset the password.
