As the topic asks, is there somewhere in my Account where I can see when I started the account?
My wife can claim some of her cell phone usage as a work expense, but I can't remember when we started her Public account, thus don't know how much we paid last year.

The welcome email at activation would give you your start date.
Or look at the credit statements should tell u also

@Mothman, since you or your wife may be claiming your cell phone usage as a work expense, you will need to contact the moderator here and send them a private message. Why? Well, Public Mobile does not provide or issue a receipt or invoice when they receive a payment from your account or credit card.
I dedicated a post with regards to invoices, and what to expect. I think it would be helpful for you.

In addition to the time stamp of the welcome email or PIN# text message, you can check your credit card statement on when is your first PM payment.
You can also use the payment history to find out when she activated her PM account. You can get up to 1 year of payment history using the start and end date.
