Just reactivate the plan using vouchers - That should be possible on its own.

 

Once funds added, there should be an activate button available.

 

Unless I'm mistaken, I've seen this suggested before.  The only time a mod should need to reactive a plan is if it's suspended due to AutoPay failure, or when trying to change a plan while suspended.

If your account is suspended, you need moderator to activate account.  You can put in your Public Mobile payment voucher, but need help to activate and apply payment.  

 

It will take about 24 hours before moderator will get back to you.  They have been busier than normal recently.

Community Moderators are available from Monday to Friday 9am (EDT) to 9pm (EDT) and Saturday, and Sunday from 9am (EDT) to 7:30pm (EDT)

i believe you will actually need the help of a mod to unsuspend your account even after you paid.

@Jen1, sorry there wasn't a complete message there.  There are no time vouchers as you can't buy minutes besides Long distance minutes.  If your account is suspended you should be able to go into self-serve and make a payment and add your vouchers there.
