Is something wrong with the network? call issues last 2 weeks

I have a google pixel phone. It has always worked without any problems. I have been with PM for a few years, never had an issue.

 

Last week, calls stopped working. both ingoing and outgoings. It would instantly say "Invalid number". Then it worked back for a few days. Most of this week, same issue. No ingoing or outgoing calls. Today, calls seem to be working again.

 

Im in Montreal if it matters.

@makhancora   open ticket with PM support first.  Once they get your ticket, they can likely refresh the account and resolve it quick.

1. Same problem on another phone with the same SIM

2. No outage

3. I've reset my phone 100s o itmes.

4. 3G, LTE, 5G, no difference

 

If this isnt fixed by next week I'm transferring to another service.

@makhancora    it could be an issue from VoLTE enabling.  

 

Try to turn off the phone for 5 mins, then power up and test

 

You can also try to enable VoLTE on your device :

1.Swipe down from the top of the screen with two fingers

2.Tap the Settings icon

3.Tap Network & Internet

4.Tap Mobile Network

5.Tap the status switch beside VoLTE to toggle Voice Over LTE on and off

 

If still does not work, open ticket with PM Support and they might need to reset your account from their end

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

Can you try your sim in another phone to verify if it’s your phone or your Sim or the network…? Did you try to choose the airplane mode few minutes and going back to normal after? Can you try the 3G network only if it’s make a difference?
