Is my number stuck in limbo? (Porting out eSim)

Hey everyone, 

This afternoon I decided to port my number to Koodo, the rep setup my account and initiated the transfer, I waited until I hit "yes" to the text message from Public Mobile and then put in the Koodo sim, and deleted the eSim. 

It's been about 6 hours now, and still doesn't seem like my number has been ported over.

@BKNS27   Of course it's a Koodo issue. Though, based on my daughter's experience transferring Koodo home phone to PM, I think the Telus porting hotline can take care of these situations.

@ssq0115  There’s nothing PM can do for you . The heavy lifting needs to be done by the carrier you ported to to help . So contact Koodo support
