Is it possible to change the method of payment?

When I first signed up for Public Mobile, I wasn't able to set it up with AMEX. As a result, I had to prepay with my Mastercard. It was only after I created my account with Public Mobile that I was able to change the method of payment for the auto reload feature. Is there a mod or someone from customer support that can refund the charge to my Mastercard and charge the appropriate amount to my AMEX? My AMEX is already registered to my Public Mobile account.

OP, you must be joking?  If you wish to cancel your initial purchase, that amounts to a cancellation of the activation.  If you did that, why should that allow you to get the promotion after it had expired.  Besides you would need another SIM card to do another activation.  I don't think the moderators have the ability to do this any other way.   While it is no fault of yours that you had to use a different card, there are situations that you just have to suck it up and move on.

No I don't think that's possible and would be quite the hassle for a mod to do.
