After a restart it seems to be working now. I never had this issue before

@iamcdn which city and province you are at?
you tried reboot the phone?
the phone cannot connect to PM network? any error on the phone status bar
did you try your phone in another area? maybe try PM sim on another phone?
did you login PM My Account and confirm your account status is Active?
