Hello! I've come across a few threads about iPhone 12 stating that folks have successfully switched to an iPhone 12 on PM. However it's not listed as a compatible device. Does anyone know why?

@Guthrie you have been posting to different old posts. Try to start a new thread of your own.
you are in the page for eSIM setup. PM does not have eSIM support but just support traditional nano SIM. Get out of that setup page. You don't need that
Try to reseat your SIM, reboot your phone. Also, try to connect your phone to a computer and start iTune for it to download the latest updates and Carrier profile

Hello: I just switched to an iPhone 12. When I put my nano Sim card from PM in the phone it asked to scan a QR code or to connect to my plan manually by adding: SM + DP address; and an activation code and a confirmation code. I have no idea where this information is. Can someone help me with this?

yes, the public mobile support the iPhone 12, because the SIM card supports it.
I switched the iPhone 12 Pro Max from iPhone 8 Plus without the problem.
