Hi there, 

How can I view/download my Public Mobile invoices? I don't find them anywhere under the "Payments" tab.

@fbotca   An invoice is only available for a short period after making a manual top up to the account otherwise you need to contact support and ask them for invoices.

 

Normally chatbot is recommended to contact CSA's but I notice some threads mention that it's not working ATM so you can send a private message instead to CS_Agent here:  https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

Hi There,

 

Under the payments tab, click the View Payment History link. Once there, you can apply date filters or by card. Once you have the correct date range, click the Download link at the top right hand corner of the page.

Yes, you can download the payment history on the payment history page

https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/payment-history

 

There is a Download link on the top right. But it is just a payment history that does not include tax

If you need official invoices showing tax, you will have to open ticket with support:

1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (requires access to My Account) using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Contact agent ", then click "Contact Us", then click "Other", click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗""
Next, enter your Community login, then enter your question.  Finally use My Account login or 4 digits PIN to validate.

2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
