Invoice charging

Hello there, my invoice has an unsure top up charge and I have no idea what it’s for. Can you help to answer my question?

first month is different.

on your 2nd month and after, you should see two transactions per renewal.  One is about top-up, actually debit from your credit card.  Then there will be another transaction showing how the money was used.  So, two transactions per renewal from now on

Nope, it’s shown on my first month payment as $14 plus GST.

or it happens around the day of plan renewal?

do you mind to post screenshot of the transaction?

If it is on the day just before your renewal date. It is for to payment for the following month. It will show up in your cart as a top-up.

Your bill is paid by available funds First then your credit card is charged and usually it is called 'top up'.
