Can’t make my account it says invalid number not able to get verification code

@Samsidhu  - So you activated a Public Mobile SIM card instore and need to set up a self serve account.

Is there where you are trying to do this:

Did you activate with a new number? Perhaps, your phone is registered with a previous number that you need to deregister it from (if iphone).

 

Ensure you can call your Public Mobile number (from another device, or landline), and you are receiving the call successfully.

If you haven't activated your sim card yet you are using the wrong section. We can walk you thru the activation and give you some pointers so you have a smooth transition.

To pre-verify your account include your full name, address, email, phone # and 4 digit acct pin #.

close all Browser and clear cache and cookies,
and try open one Browser inPrivate mode, or incognito mode,

 

Public Mobile - Register

 

or try to Reset your Self-Serve password (publicmobile.ca)

could have been setup already , it would be the case when you setup in store as mentioned by @Anonymous 

 

Did you try the Forgot Password link there? https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/forgot-password/

 

Try it with any email you have, once you got the correct one, you will have to answer a security question, 

 

if you are unable to reset password that way, open a ticket with PM Support by direct messaging  and have them to verify

**Monitor your Community inbox, envelope on the top right, after ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply and work with you  via messaging there

or you got this when you dial out?

 

did you try a reboot?
