I went to register yesterday and everything was good until this message "oops... something went wrong" I got and account # and phone number but nothing works.
Invalid sim
Can log into my account
try to log in and try to change password. my email will not show up

I did reboot the phone.
im just trying to activate the sim card. will not allow me to do that. i put the sim card # in to activate and this code " Invalid Sim " comes up. will not allow me to pass this.
I had it all in yesterday and an error code came up.
"oops... it seems that something went wrong..email us to get your account operational. we apologize for any inconvenience"
I got an account number. phone number but nothing was bill on my cc.

Agree with above comments.
You probably did not need to reset your password since you can login into account. Check your account status. Does your plan display in account? If you want to resent your password to self service account, need to contact moderator.
Try reboot your phone. Maybe take out and re-insert your SIM card. If still having issues, may also need to contact moderator via PM. Will take about 24 hours recenlty for moderators to respond.

Try clearing your cache.
Try using another web browser to do the registration. The same thing happened to me. I used my laptop to finish the registration.

A couple things in there.
Have you rebooted the phone since set up?
The automatic password reset isn't automatic.
You'd need to send a private message to them here and include your phone number and PIN. Forget your PIN? Then you'll need 3 of either of these pieces of information you used when you signed up: full address, birthdate, last 4 digits of CC you might have used, email address on the account, alternative phone number you might've entered when you signed up. Or in addition to those also: last payment amount and date, last add-on bought and date.
Then hopefully they will get back to you as soon as they can between M-F 9-9 (ET) and Sat-Sun 9-7:30 (ET).
