I got a new SIM in the mail. I tried to activate my account, but after submitting everything, it said "please wait" and it just timed out and gave a generic error. If I try to activate again it says invalid SIM. I can't make a ticket because my account wasn't activated... What now?

@AnthonyJRS Check the sim in your phone to see if the sim was activated. If not, wait for an hour and try the activation again.

@AnthonyJRS your sim is locked for attempts. Wait 1 hour from last attempt. Clear your browser history, go to private/ incognito mode and try again to activate your SIM. Welcome to PM. Stay safe.
