This forum can be accessed by anyone to get you SIM number. Please remove it from your post.
Sonetime, PM website will give you invalid SIM error. Close and restart your browser and activate a PM plan again.

Is your daughters phone a new phone or did it come from a previous cell provider and now is locked to that provider ? If it is locked, you'll have to call them and they'll give you an unlock code. Good luck.
