Hi, why is it that my SIM card became invalid? I haven't bought payment vouchers in the past 3 months or so. Could it be the reason?
I'm trying to log in to my account online. It says Il must reactivate the account first. But when I type the SIM card number, it says it's invalid now.

Is your account suspended? Dial 611 and check the status of your account. If it is suspended then you need to make a manual payment on your account to continue service.

nothing to do with the vouchers.
so, you see Invalid sim card error on the phone? reboot the phone or test the sim on another phone
for login issue, it is just PM system cannot find your account. PM support agent can help
