Account stuck on Activate subscription (step 4)

Hi there,

I have recently logged in to my account after a few years with another mobile service. It is locked on the last step (number 4) of subscription asking me to activate a plan I no longer want. I would like the account to go back to step number 1 with a fresh list of subscription options. Ie. I would like to be able to go back to step one like I am a new customer. Does anyone know how to refresh this process; there seems to be no obvious way to do it from my account?

You will need to download the PM on your phone to complete the activation.

Since you ported to another carrier few years. Your account is closed.

You need to start fresh and purchase a new SIM/eSIM and create a new account on the app.
