Invalid SIM card

Hi, Community, I need help.

I tried to sign in into My Account but there is a message: Invalid SIM card when i type the number printed on SIM Card. I use the SIM Card for more then 1 year and just needed to learn my account number. Any suggestion? Thank you.

@andistasi  You should just need to put your email and password in to log in .

My card is activated but when i log in into my account it asks me to activate my sim which is already activated.

I have just tried to sign in into My Account for first time and was asked to enter the number printed on SIM card.

@andistasi what are you trying to do with the sim card number?. usually we don't need to enter sim card number when signing in My Account.  Are you trying to update sim card number or what are you trying to do

Do have ANY services at all with the SIM card in your device?  Calling, texting, working data?

Is the account number needed to port (move) services to another mobile service provider?  If so, you will need to re-establish/reactivate the account to respond "YES" to the port authorization text to move your number there.
