Internet so slow/not loading at all

Hello, 

I have service and I have data but when I try to go to a webpage it just won't load. Any idea what is going on? Ideas much appreciated.

Also, can try rebooting phone.  Network reset of phone.  

Did the phone OS recently upgrade?  

Maybe also check your APN Settings.  Screenshot the settings for us to have a look.

Could be network congestion. 

Try flipping between LTE & 3G in network settings. 

Also, close any excess windows/tabs/apps which are open.

 @Racca : Any web page? Like google.ca or something large-scale like that. Maybe flip in/out of airplane mode.
