I haven't used that much data and I have 5G plans. Still, I noticed public mobile internet speed is too slow..
Please fix it. I have tired my troubleshooting steps. If you can't fix it, I have to Bell or Rogers.

@Shan151 What speed are you getting? We can't fix it since we're all customers like you, but you can contact PM customer service, it may be that something just needs a tweak, I get around the maximum advertised speed on PMs 5G. Send a private message to customer service agents via this link and watch your inbox for a reply. The reply will either be indicated at the envelope icon top right, or if no envelope then click on your avatar for a drop down with Messages.

can you provide us more information? What phone do you have?
did you check if your phone is set to Automatic and if your phone is connected on 5G or 4G (LTE)?
did you do some speed test in different area and what are the results?
We see some people on 5G plans and having good speed even with just 4G:
