hi @Leeyken
use this to check, look for only Bell and Telus towers
Thursday
Hmm.. maybe my home network area is just really bad!
drove into Richmond BC and both 5g and LTe hits almost 300mbps down!
using Speedtest app and closest towers just say 3km.

If you came from Telus it should have been the exact same. While Telus does offer up to 2Gbps, I can say from personal experience that I never get anywhere near that. I get the same results on Public Mobile as I do on Telus.

hi @Leeyken
PM uses some network towers as Telus' and Bell's, there is really no really it is that bad if you were using the same phone with Telus/Bell without problem
first Try Reset Network Settings
next, make sure both iOS and Carrier profile are up-to-date
if same and if you have physical sim , try it on another phone. If esim, I would say it is worth to get a free esim replacement
and if all failed, as PM support to refresh the account , submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

3km away in an urban environment is very far. Test again at a better location and you'll get better results.

Ok, I restarted my iPhone 15 PM
LTE and speed test is bit better but sub 20mbps speeds
Not looking good.
Even when I sign in, the text verification still sends to my original PM temp number and it’s been a few days since my port completed.

Holy cow!
4G LTE is even worse!
I ported from Telus Mobility to PM so I thought data speeds and signal would be same, but these results are crap.
WIFI tests get close to subscribed data speeds so my Speedtest app and even Google speed tests results are matching.

hi @Leeyken
what speed do you get if you change the network mode to 4G or LTE?
it is true that while 5G is the latest, but 5G might not be the greatest in all area, try change to 4G
and even you use 4G network, with a 5G subscription, you can still get 5G speed (close to 250Mbps) on a 4G network
