International texting

I have international texting on my plan but cannot send a text to Europe , can someone tell me why and what to do ?

To make it easier and not worry about any number prefixes, start with “+” then the country code then the phone number, including area code. 

For example, in the link above, Canada code is “1”. If your number is 416-123-4567, type it in as +14161234567
