Why is my data and texting not working.  What could be the issue?  I've done everything the bot said to do

@Mountie   Are you a new customer, existing customer? Have you tried turning airplane mode on, wait a minute or two and then off again?  Reset network settings?  Re-started the phone?  Tried the sim in another phone and/or another sim in your phone?  So voice calls in and out are working, it's just data and texting?

Voice calls work?

You can Reset Network Settings on the phone and check if it helps. Or try the PM sim card on another phone
