I recently purchased 300 international minutes to add to my Canada wide account. When I try to make a call to the US, I get the message "you have used all of your minutes".
As I have not used any of my minutes, this is perplexing. Does this mean that the USA is not included in the international minutes?

you bought the wrong LD add-on. International LD addon is to call some overseas countries but not US
for US , you need to buy 1000 U.S. Long Distance Minutes - $15.00
you can ask PM support agent to help to exchange that for you as long as you have not used any minutes yet
submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

@Ganoguy there is a specific add on for US minutes. The international is generally for overseas.
You may be able to get it reversed and replaced by PM if you open a ticket using the orang chat bubble on the bottom right
