International calling to Papua New Guinea

I bought the international add on and am unable to call Papua New Guinea. There is no guidance as to how I can call there, I don't make international calls so it was a waste of money if I cannot call. someone please help!

@Buckaroo , Papua New Guinea is not covered by the international long distance add-on.  There are no guarantees of a refund, you might want to click on the chat symbol on the lower right corner to initiate a support ticket to see what the moderator team can do for you.

 @Buckaroo : The international calling add-ons are not world-wide. They're a somewhat limited set of countries. Papua New Guinea is not one of them. Maybe the mods can credit your account back and remove the add-on.
