International calling not working after adding it to add ons

Hi. 

I've added the free 400 minutes for Canada and US calling and I'm in the US now but it's not working. The data add-on works fine but not the calling. Whenever I call someone I get an automated message saying I don't have the add-on. The add-on is displayed under my add-ons. 

Please help! I'm in the US now and need to make calls to set up things.

As stated above, your long distance add on is for long distance calling to 18 countries while in Canada.
