I added 300 International minutes onto my account on 11/28/22 but they have not been added. When i try calling the UK it says i have no minutes left.

Thanks. Haven’t received yet but CSA helped me out switching my add-on to the correct one. Thanks anyway

@LIMEY28    Have you received PM's text from 4911 to receive their holiday gifts of 2GB data and 500 LD int. minutes add-ons yet?  

 

The text is being sent out in batches until the 15th of this month, so if you haven't received it yet and are willing to wait to call the UK, the free 500 int. minutes will facilitate calls to the UK as well a few other countries not covered in the 300 minutes you bought.

Sure you can probably switch to the right add on, if you ask a CSA to do that for you.

You will have to talk to agent if they can just switch it for you or to issue refund and then you buy proper add-on.

Simplest would be if they could issue refund/credit to your account so you do not have to add extra funds.

If you can't see the add on you bought already, your probably looking at old cached information.

Try logging into your account again using a browser in incognito or private mode first.

Then you'll see if you bought the right one or not.

Please open ticket with them 

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

First type "Wrong Add-on / plan purhcased"
Then click "Contact Us"
and then click "Click here to submit a ticket"
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

International calling is for calling from Canada to other countries: Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, Venezuela
