Phone plan renewed and now I have no data or minutes. Unlimited Canada wide and text 5 GB data. Account status showing active. Message saying, I have used all available minutes. HELP

I was having the same issue. Looks like checking my account from incognito mode as suggested by Outdoorsman resolved the issue - it shows I've used all my minutes for the existing cycle.

@sdsmith hi try clearing cache and cookies or try a different browser in private or incognito mode try to sign back in to see if account updates also reboot your phone it may help
