Hi. It seems we have issues with Public mobile in our area. There are times that the other party cannot hear me during calls. Same thing is happening with my daughter leaving with is.

Just to rule out if it is your phone or the others, do a test call to The Test Call via these Canadian numbers:
Initially you get to record a message which will be played back to you after pressing "#" - but then one of the options is a realtime echo test, I believe is option 3 from the menu afterwards.
Test with various audio options - the internal speaker/microphone of course, as well as via the phones internal speakerphone, a plugged in 3.5mm headset if your phone has that kind of port, and finally via a bluetooth headset of some kind.
These tests will help rule out a possible issue with your own device, without having to bother other people for your test phone calls.

@Jojimian here is a website with Canadian Cell Tower locations, but this won't let you know if there is a service issue at those locations

@Jojimian - do i understand you have two Public Mobile phones in the same household having the same issue?
Because, i was going to recommend trying the SIM card into another phone and see if that gives better service.
Sometimes the act of removing a SIM card, and removing it, then gently inserting it back in the phone can help network issues, so this would not heard to try anyways.
Since you are having 2 phones this is happening to it does seem more of a network service issue. Perhaps there are tower/network upgrade being done in your area that could be affect this.
All the suggestions provided already may still be helpful to try also.

@Jojimian, so is it while you are in your house? Is a certain location in the house? I have a Google Pixel 6 and one of the updates messed with my reception and was having a similar issue as you. Have you recently done an update on your phone that could cause this issue? As others have asked what phone are you using?

Hi @Jojimian But it works very good before, like a month ago? What make and model is your phone/ and your city?
How is the service if you move out of the area you think you have the service problem?

Sometimes if the other party has a Bluetooth enabled device connected (headphones or earbuds) but they are not wearing them, they may be unable to hear the sound coming from the receiver in their mobile device because the sound is coming out of their Bluetooth enabled device.

Sherbrooke, Quebec has been having issue since Wed
I think some people reported issue in the Ottawa area as well.

Have you checked to see if there is service outages in your area? Is this just happening in your house or is it happening on all calls? If in your house are in a a basement or area that may have a poor signal? Is this a new thing or has it been happening for awhile?

This can be due to many factors, mostly which are environmental and/or network related.
Some easy things you may wish to try is trying different areas of your residence.
You may also want to reboot your devices and reset your network connections.
Also, try removing your sim card and reinserting it.
