I moved to a condo building and have been given a buzzer code, but the intercom is not working. I was told it was due to my cell phone provider blocking the calls, when someone uses the intercom to call me to get inside the building. Any information on how to solve this problem will be highly appreciated! Thank you!

Or the even simpler explanation, they typed the wrong number into the intercom for you or even forgot to update it at all.

Not sure this will help but anything is possible. If you can, find out the phone number of the intercom system. Try dialing it from your Public Mobile number. Then place that number onto your contact list. Another thing that may be happening is your phone may be blocking it if it's under an unknown name/number. Might want to check your phone settings to see if you have blocked unknown callers. Hope this helps.

this is a common issue, but this is not a PM problem but Intercom company. Mobile carrier never block any calls
your number has an area code same as the city of the building? sometimes long distance call is an issue
check your Usage history, if you cannot find the Intercom company on the usage, the Intercom calling didn't send the call to PM correctly
