Insufficient Funds to Renew

Been with PM for 5 years with pre-authorized payment.

 

I received an SMS from Public Mobile indicating that there is insufficient funds in my account to renew my plan. However, I have already setup a pre-authorized payment?

We have our teams looking into this issue. Please note, if you already have pre authorized payments set-up you can ignore this SMS.

@Optical24   They are now sending the same text to everyone , including those with Pre-authorized payment setup.  If you have already set up with that., please ignore the text and let the Autopay take care of the payment.

Is your service still working?  There have been instances of these types of text messages being sent out in error.
