no traditional call-in customer support...just the Community Forum. Since your issue is with your account, you can click the orange chat bubble on lower right side of page to start the process of contating Customer Support for their help. 

If that fails, you can use this link to dm Customer Support also..

are you using voucher or instant top up?  where you got it?

if instant top-up, logoff My Account, login back again using browser with Incognito mode and check the Payment history to see if it shows the top up and if it is used towards renewal, should have 2 separate lines on Payment history.  Then reboot phone and it will work

if you are got a voucher instead, you need to login My Account or using *611 to top up the voucher, and then reboot the phone
