Hi,
After I changed my plan from 3G to 4G, the Plan information showing online in My Account is incorrect. I'm currently on a $40.00 plan which is 15 GB at 4G Speed but it's showing my current plan is 3G with 1024 MB only =(
Could you update my plan showing online please?

@JOjoST , please access your self serve account using incognito mode in the browser to avoid seeing stale cached data.

Try logging into your account using a different browser in incognito or private mode instead.
Your probably looking at old cached information before.
