I updated my plan under my account but when I log into the site on my cell it’s still showing my previous plan. When I log into my account on a different cell it shows the updated plan. Why am I getting different results under the same account? How do I confirm that my info is correct if I get conflicting information?

Just reboot your phone by powering off your phone and wait 2 minutes then power back on.
Also refresh your browser page.

the glitch in the system there is a new design for your account it is affecting, but will be very soon they will fix it.
and you active new line or you are existing customer.

@Mattie_Martell Probably it is just a browser cache issue.
Try to use Incognito mode, or clear cache and restart browser and confirm if you see the correct plan
