Can’t reactivate my service due to email change

My sons account was registered to my account and because the public mobile website has changed, i can’t top up his account to get his service going due to his email change. How can i change his email to get his service going?

Normally it takes about 2 hours for the CS_Agent to respond but may take longer if they are busy. Their hours are 6:00am to 10:00pm EST so keep your eyes on the envelope icon above.

I just sent a message to an agent. Do you know how long it will be before they respond? Also i left my number, will they call or reply with a message?
