We tried to port our number over to PM but we entered the IMEI number by mistake. We cannot finish the activation, any suggestions?

this is the only phone number you will get but they only deal with porting problem, no other support issue

I thought PM was online only with no phone numbers?

do not use IMEI, give PM support agent the account number of your old carrier
I have sent you the porting support team number. Please check your Community inbox (envelope on top right), check for the number and call and give them the info
