During subscription process after payment page, asked for phone number transfer and then got message saying “registration not complete something went wrong contact customer support “.

Sadly this seems to be more and more of a common problem on Public Mobile's website with no fix in site. I would suggest trying to go into your browser settings and clear your cache and then close and restart your browser and try again. If this doesn't work, if you have WiFi you can try again using the app. I know this might be a pain but it's well worth it in the end when the savings start coming!!
