Incomplete activation

I registered 5 days ago and still I don't have my public mobile phone number! At the end of activation process I received 821 error. I tried to chat with SIMon to remove the issue but it didn't work!  

I paid $42 for the plan and $10 for sim card. 

What should I do?!

Do you have any working services on your pm Sim card? If not then it likely did not provision correctly upon activation. Once you contact customer support either via SIMon or by sending a private message they will fix the provisioning of your Sim card in no time at all.

 

Use the links supplied in the first post to contact customer support and then keep your eye on your private message box the envelope icon at the top right corner of your screen next to your avatar for a little number to pop up indicating a reply from customer support. Responding promptly will speed up wait times but they generally reply within an hour or two if not sooner during their business hours of 6am to 10pm eastern.

Go back to SIMon and say open ticket.
