Hi folks,
My partner started setup of a new account and she decided at the number selection screen she does not want to use Public Mobile.
She believes she already paid. How can she get a refund? Will it be given automatically if the account never activates the eSIM?

seeing as she's already started the activation process and paid...ask her why not give PM a try for the first 30 days ? If after 30 days, she no like, then she can still go elsewhere with no penalty.
