Hi there. I'm just wondering why I am unable to receive incoming calls. I am able to make a phone call. I asked people to call my number but they said it says unavailable. Can you please help me with this problem?Thank you so much.

As already asked, are transfering a phone number over to Public Mobile?
If you are, what's supposed to happen is that your incoming calls are supposed to keep going to the service provided by your old provider. Unfortunately, strange things do sometimes happen. While this sort of "the person you are calling is unavailable" message shouldn't occur, there are occassionaly situations in which some customers will have their callers received busy signals, number not assigned, or simiilar messages when someone tries to contact you. I personally had the busy signal thing once for about 30 minutes when transfering from Mobilicity to Wind in the past. These issues do sometimes fix themselves.
If you are transfering your phone number into Public Mobile, how long has it been since you made the request?

Sounds as though you are transferring your number to PM? This is typical behaviour until the port-in finishes. Don't close your old account; that will happen automatically.
If your port-in takes more than 3 hours you will need moderator assistance. If so, send a private message to the moderator team with your phone number and an explanation. Include the following info:
