I recently changed my public mobile phone plan, but the number is the same. Now all incoming calls are going straight to voicemail. Tried to reset SIM, restart phone, same issue.
Any fix?

@jomonart If you have another unlocked phone handy, insert the SIM card in that phone and reboot and back to your phone and reboot.

Can you make outgoing calls? SMS in/out working?
Maybe you are out of tower range or your area has connection issues?
Anybody close by has PM service so you can confirm is it outage or just you? Can you try your SIM in another phone?
